Are you tired, hungry and thirsty within your inner most being? Jesus know just what you are needing. Come to Him and be fully satisfied. Come to the table that God has prepared through His Holy Word. There is food for our spirits and souls.

Psalms 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
It is so easy to just speak without thinking. We hear words and voices all the time. We can be drawn into conversations with others that perhaps are no kind, nor loving or Godly. In the workplace, in the market place, with our family, wherever we are and whenever we are with others.
But what are our words and thoughts saying about our heart? Are we thinking kind thoughts of others. Are we breathing a prayer for those who do not know Jesus as their savior? Or are we being drawn into the mindset of those about us?
Do you realize that you alone are responsible for your thoughts and for your words? Are you keeping a watch to see that they both are pleasing to the Lord who knows and sees the thoughts and intent of our heart. He hears every word we utter. Do they please Him?
When we look at our thoughts and conversations in this light we are more apt to consider thoughtfully before we speak. We will guard our thoughts and not allow ungodly and evil thoughts to play in our minds. We will keep watch over our words to assure that we speak things that are pleasing to God.
Lord today I pray that my thoughts and my words are pleasing to You. I want all that I think, say and do to be acceptable to You in every way. You are my strength. You are my redeemer. I long to always be pleasing in Your sight. Amen
